Orders under $79 & Rural Deliveries

The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout as it depends upon weight and where the parcel is being sent.

For an accurate delivery quote, place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. 

Once you have entered the relevant details of your delivery address, your delivery charges will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment so that you know exactly how much delivery will be.

Free shipping with orders over $79 (to non-rural addresses)

Your PetPA offers free shipping on orders over $79 sent to non-rural addresses that weigh under 50kgs.

How will my order be delivered?

Your PetPA uses postal and courier services to deliver your order and therefore you must supply a street address as PO boxes are unable to be delivered to. As with most delivery services, there will not be a standard or set time of the day that goods are delivered. Your order will be delivered on Weekdays only from Monday to Friday and generally only during business hours 8am-6pm.

During your checkout process there will be special delivery instructions comment box if you have any special requests. Please note not all requests will be able to be accommodated, however we will attempt to ensure we provide the best service we can.

If you note in the delivery instructions comment box that the order can be left at your delivery address unattended if you are not there, then we will arrange this. 

Delivery Time Frames

New Zealand Couriers and Courier Post and other delivery companies are experiencing record parcel volumes currently due to increasing interest in online shopping. At the same time, they also have limited capacity due to staff shortages. Unfortunately, this is leading to delays to normal delivery timeframes.

Our logistics partners have advised of periodic delivery delays due to increased demand and staffing issues. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is showing as delivered but you have not received it, do get in touch within 7 days from the dispatch date and we will lodge an inquiry with the carrier. Post. If you received your parcel and the contents are damaged, please contact us in the first instance. 

Important note:

If you have placed an order and believe it has gone missing you must notify us within 7 days of placing the order. We cannot claim a replacement from the couriers if they are not notified re non delivery within the 7 day period.
