How do I make a claim for my plan benefits?

If you would like to make a claim for a veterinary consultation, annual vaccination, wellness screen, dental or desexing procedure, you need to simply log into your Thriving Pets account with your email address and password (as created when you initially joined Thriving Pets) and select My Claims. You will be asked to nominate your claim type and to upload a copy of the tax invoice issued when you received and paid for those services.

How long does it take for a claim to be paid?

Claims are reviewed daily (except on weekends). Once a claim is approved, payment is made into the nominated bank account within 48 hours.

How do I receive my 10% discount when I shop with www.yourpetpa.co.nz

Once you have joined Thriving Pets you will be eligible for 10% off the online store at yourpetpa.co.nz, excluding parasite prevention and pharmacy medications. You will need to create an account at yourpetpa.co.nz using the same email address as your Thriving Pets account and use the promotional code ‘Thriving’ during the checkout process.

What products will you send me for parasite prevention?

We are guided by your local veterinary practice when you join Thriving Pets. We will send you the parasite prevention that is recommended by your referring vet practice. However, it will be one of our premium brands such as NexGard, NexGard Spectra, Bravecto, Simparica or Revolution and in the relevant dosage for your pet’s size and weight.
